Well assuming you're asking in good faith not trolling. It's honestly difficult to answer that since theres a lot of variables to consider. But I think more often than not its a form of regaining their self-esteem and their worth among other things. So maybe its not so much "coping" as it is controlling their own narrative and moving forward.

Women that go out of their way to broadcast their sexuality attract men interested in sex.
Sometimes they regret getting drunk and fucking someone, other times they genuinely attract the wrong attention.
They don't start dressing and acting that way after SA, they are doing what they did before.
