Rehosted link has the same contents as the desktopthread one (because that's where I got it from back in the day) but recompressed to save a little more space. If you don't trust me, you can go for the one on archive.org, but even that is just an archive of a site that was rehosting a fileshared *chan utility on its' own domain so the risk is basically the same either way.
The English readme contains pretty much the same info as this pictogram, but it also includes a bunch of "public" tripcodes (non-secure vanity trips, in other words).
Note: pretending to be a mod by cracking their tripcode will probably get you banned.

Don't you think I would've included that if it was available? This software is over 15 years old, I think we would have heard about any security issues by now. But yeah, good job restating the same thing I said in the OP.
