I just don't know with fast food anymore. If I have time, lunch menu at most places is about the same price with Chinese or burgers or whatever... I'd rather get real food.

Less fillers in the meat is the big one, but even the little things like the 'honey' packets you get with biscuits that are cut with corn syrup... chicken nuggets and fries are made out of paste...
I guess real restaurant lunch rush food still comes from bags so it's possibly still moot in the end.
