I get asked this question about 20 times a week.
God allows it because he is, and has always been, an angry man. The so called "free will" thing does not apply. Everything on earth that kills, or makes people sick, was placed here by God to do so.
He is a twisted person, and enjoys watching you suffer in agony. Why do you think he makes kids with cancer suffer? Why do you think he lets people with life long pain, live for 20 more years?
Because he hates you. He hates everyone.
