Representative Maxwell Frost speaking during a news conference with his counterparts Jim McGovern, Jamie Raskin, Sheila Jackson Lee and advocates for librarians, authors and teachers as they announced a bicameral resolution recognizing 'Banned Books Week' on Sept 27.
