Yes, bank account and good healthy genes. These things are held in high value to women. Also job prospects, nice home and car, physically strong, sexually virile etc.

Most should just hope for a stable income, having no debts, not living in some third world shithole, and not being morbidly obese. Take care of yourself first before you worry about a potential partner.
