because r04r told me we both came from dr.roberts. i've mentioned this before on mc. i don't expect every single think to be memorized. but, i was talking to r04r, i asked who ryan even was. she said who, it was tteh, but i didn't know tteh, and she told me a little about him, what little she knew, and she had brought up dr.roberts. and said that tteh was supposed to have been from there as well. i said thats where i first heard about tinychan from eels. and she said i was 1 of 2 refugees that she knew of. and that i posted with a name and the other preferred anon. and that's it.
still didn't know who ryan or tteh really was. just some random anon. that r04r said was a weirdo. sorry. don't have to take my word for it, r04r is out there somewhere, she could confirm it. random anons do not confirm other random anons for shit. but i'm not saying you're wrong, i'm just saying you're not credible. but you could be right.

oh, because i treat anons like a hive mind probably. i've talked about it on MC, but see, i would need to re-explain it to anyone who doesn't know that, and i have no idea -there's no continuity between threads with anon, first of all.

Let me ask a rhetorical—what does it matter to an anonymous poster if i respond to them and only the sentiments they express, or if i respond to the sentiment of the overall conversation as a whole? I would probably have to give an example to clarify, but i won't introduce more confusion.
Anonymous posters are not people. Anonymous posters are simply the ideas they express but only within the context of the one conversation. If it wasn't for the placeholder names Anonymous B, C, etc. then every thread, the whole board would simply be nothing more than the bulletins page. and there's no conversation there. there's kind of a general Tone, an irreverent fecklessness with the ideas being expressed, and that's fine. but that's a bathroom stall with graffiti on it, its not conversation. and there's nothing wrong with that, but don't bother trying to communicate much to anyone that's really meaningful.
I mean, if the reason people are pissed is because I HAVE identified Tteh in threads when he was posting anon—and before anyone says in this thread they're not Tteh and i'm wrong in this thread, i absolutely have identified Tteh before. And why wouldn't that piss him off. He wants to remain anon, and pointing out who anons are makes things not anonymous. I came back last september, and was aware he was the admin now, but i can't say what conversations or anything i've had with him through the years. Autphag is more memorable BECAUSE he posts with a name. my point is, I've known Tteh as long as anyone here really. 15 years or more. But he's not even a person in my mind. How could he be?
