Received the phone and had service only…
Received the phone and had service only 2 or 3 days out of 3 months…called customer service multiple times to walk me through a set up that always failed even the set up instructions on app… last phone call to customer service about a month ago was told that was sending me a new SIM card… never received the SIM card… definitely don’t recommend this company which are not great of a help and no one could figure out why phone would not get service ( only Wi-Fi).

Bought more data for the phone from airtalk and the phone stopped working. Customer service kept giving me the run around. After two weeks of nothing I call them back to find out about fixing my phone and the customer service representative told me I had to pay $25 for another phone which is absurd to me! The phone they sent stopped working without anything done from me but yet I have to pay to replace a defective phone. WORSE PHONE COMPANY! I WOULD RATE THEM ZERO IF I COULD!!

The phone I was sent can't make or receive phone calls. I spoke to rep on phone and after trying numerous solutions that didn't work she said the phone wasn't their's and therefore not compatible. I told her I still have the packaging it came in along with and she said I need video proof of it being sent?! I said no company has ever asked me that and the phone along with the original packing should be sufficient along with its tracking number as well as my record of paying for it should be more than enough?! She hung upon me. Twice. I'm going to leave a recording of our phone call since my phone records all calls on YouTube under Airtalk Scammers under Kurianjuguna8655. Go to Safelink or Assurance these people/company needs to be put out of business.

SCAMMERS....Made the mistake of…
SCAMMERS....Made the mistake of transferring my ACP benefits to these clowns, even bought a upgrade device that took damn near a month to receive, and also paid $12 extra dollars so I could supposedly get 25 gigs of data instead of the 15 they offer with the free phone and I've had the phone about a week now and been out of data for 2 days now and I'm usually connected to the home wifi so there's no way in hell I used 25 gigs of data in about 5 days considering I've been without now for 2 days. I've called 4 times today and they pick the phone up and then hang up on you and that's happened every single time I've tried calling them today so I will be reaching out to the right people and having these scammers investigated you can count on that !
