For those who need reminding. Matt who graduated some culinary school (now out of business) created a Pho recipe for his "Ghost" food truck. His bone broth was almost instant - at the most he did this in 1.5 hours. Many including me tried to convince him such was Impossible! Takes 8 to 12+ hours to break down Beef bones. We got Matt to use the web for a look. Matt shut the fuck up about his skills in the kitchen. Gofundme for truck then FAILED LoL.
