you all know how the internet works. you have to click approve before it grants permission to use geoloc. The site also doesn't use cookies. so there's nowhere that geo is stored for me to track anyone. F is a liar, i never said anything of the sort. It coded in html, css, and javascript. It's run from a google cloud bucket, not a server. it's also https encrypted. the CLIENT sends an api request to weather.gov to get the time and weather. it returns a .json that it parsed to the CLIENT to display the forecast and your local temperature.
OH HOW SCARY. Tteh is a loser faggot and all he's got to trade in are lies and running his shithole of a mouth. no, it's not god damn spyware, you idiot. minichan is relying on this dweeb to protect their privacy when his site has 18 cookies for my one browser and the thing can even reliably keep it's https server up. it cycles on and off for god knows what reason.

Also funny that you neglect to mention much can be learned about location from an IP address alone without any of the spyware javascript you've added. The primary purpose of tteh asking for $$$ help on his server was because it was aging and slow and needed another server to use for development.
By now he has run out of $$ and damn well understands his user base is not willing to support the forum. Given they do not want new blood and so many have bailed, the future is what happens when so many old websites are no more.
At least at TC several people are more than willing to handle the upkeep. Software and hardware. As in any venture one needs a body that works together or some income generating mechanism to make it all worthwhile. rO4r had a great idea on how to do it but ran out of steam with the forum costing her too much in personal time. One reason why minecraft works, is because of a quality user base and multiple servers to provide service.
