BILL OF RIGHTS FOR DOGS WITH AK47s

1. Dogs with AK47s shall have the right to self-defense in situations of perceived or actual threat of harm.

2. Dogs with AK47s shall be able to possess and use such weapons without discrimination or fear of retribution.

3. Dogs with AK47s shall have the right to be treated with respect and consideration.

4. Dogs with AK47s shall not be discriminated against on the basis of breed or size of their firearm.

5. Any use of AK47s by dogs shall not be subject to restrictions or regulation beyond the scope of state and federal gun safety laws.

6. Training and safety classes shall be available to those dogs wishing to obtain an AK47, and such classes must be available free of charge.

7. No dog shall be denied the right to bear arms for any unlawful reason.

8. Accidental property damage caused by a legally owned, responsibly handled and meticulously monitored AK47 shall not be eligible for punitive action.

9. Dogs shall not be held accountable for actions resulting from the use of their AK47s which were taken in defense of themselves or another party.

10. Dogs with AK47s shall be allowed the same rights and privileges as their fellow citizens, with the exception that certain venues, areas and circumstances may restrict or deny their access.
