I miss Omens, incredible works of art in wood. Who else could turn a Staircase/Stairway/ into a Leonardo da Vinci, Pablo Picasso and Frank Lloyd Wright and show us in pics from the GetGo to the finished work.

Interior trim has abandoned craftsmanship these days. Stair systems are prefabricated, stained and sealed off site. I became an installer, it’s why I retired.
