Please provide your expert opinion on this hypothetical scenario:
A 49 year-old white American male is caught asking a 15 year-old girl for sexually explicit photos in a chat room. He is in full knowledge of her age, and after being exposed, mounts a campaign of harassment against her on several boards.
Around the same time, he is working at a Catholic girls' school, teaching French classes, and begins writing sexual fiction about his students (a claim he later denies, despite originally boasting about it on a number of different sites).
In both cases, he is aware of the age of the girls involved, and understands they are all minors in the eyes of the law. He never, on any occasion, expresses remorse for his actions, preferring to blame his victims for the hostile response he receives from the online community.
He then relocates overseas to avoid a $26,000 tax liens he has accrued in his country of birth. In addition to all of this, he creates a fictitious girlfriend by posting photos of a working acquaintance and falsely claiming to have gotten her pregnant (potentially causing problems between this unfortunate woman and her fiance).
Based on the information provided, would you consider this (hypothetical) subject to have pedophillic and sociopathic tendencies? Would an individual behaving in this manner be considered a threat to society in general and young children in particular?

This criminal behavior runs in the family. His Granny ran a house of prostitution. His dad has been arrested and convicted for business crimes. His dad is currently helping Putin. He shovels Oil Money into Putin's wallet. He provides the funds to steal Ukraine children into sex trafficking to keep the Russina troops satisfied. All we currently know about his mother is that daddy had her locked up in some kind of mental ward, to keep her quiet about dad's criminal activity in Russia. Mom died in a Hospice for the Criminally insane.

I don't know if you saw the Time magazine article about Marsden attempting to scam Ukraine. It's a good laff, for sure:

Yea someone at MC did a forward of that time article a month or so after it came out. To be honest I stopped following the Matt and family related drama. Key reasons was, I could no longer
STAND Matt obsession with feces. The other to be honest was my personal failure back when to look up Marsdens open for all to view business address. Shocked when I did DAMN it was only one month after he was evicted for not paying rent!! Tiny dirt cheep office with a cot to sleep on and a desk - Maybe 300 sq feet. I called the owner to find out costs etc and some details. All of his many bizs were incorporated under that tiny joint LoL - All was left untouched and the location is so low as one can go in Loser~anna.
I missed out on the 2nd best slap in face since I outed Matt for sticking up for eating food in China cooked in Sewer Oil.
