Yes it's a sad fact that when it comes to the last decades of all American Presidents Approval is just NOT SO MUCH SO GOOD OVERALL.
In Russia Putin says he is approved by 100% of his countrymen. Otherwise if they do not approve they get free lessons in the Russian Gulag. This works for China as well.
