Don't take cold showers before bed though, in fact hot showers are actually not that bad at nighttime because the body will lower your body temperature and make it easier for you to sleep. Cold showers are the opposite.

Did you know cold showers can increase dopamine in your brain by a factor of 250% for 4 hours? It can change your brain.
