How do i combine maybe tens of artbooks on or image on google and browse em tgt without downloading

I'm guessing they don't know how to use a computer. It's pretty easy to turn say jpegs into a PDF but that's too much for OP, who is artist guy.

Okay, you want to view a photo, click on a link, and you're given another photo, and repeat the process. Is it possible? Yes. You download all those photos, create a html file listing the images and links, and run that in the browser.
Or you could just download the photos, and use your photo viewer program to view the photos. Much easier than creating a html file.
In summary: random photos from here there and everywhere online are NOT stored in a nice list somewhere. You have to make the list yourself. Or just download the photos and use a photo viewer.

I guess you could make a html file and just use the hyperlinks without downloading. I think I did that 20+ years ago. This is called 'hotlinking' and some websites don't allow it, so the photos won't be viewable.

I'd say downloading them and then making a html file which refers to them is the best method if you have a very large number of photos.
You don't need to type each filename, use this Command Prompt command
dir *.* > results.txt
And edit out the stuff you don't need.

Then take a photo of his bed, and get it mega-size printed.
This method is how NASA gets those 10,000 galaxies in one photo photos.
