If god actually existed, then maybe so. And slaves, just like today, choose not to grow beyond their limits. Granted, there are quite a few blacks who grew beyond their limits and have successful careers. It's themselves holding themselves back, not the 'white man keep holding the black man down' mentality they have.

Man I remember back in the day slaughter pig one my homie lost his shit coz his dad did it and in his rage, he fucked up walls in the house when he heard the pig cry. This dude 6 foot I forget, but man he was mad as shit, pissed as fuck tears in his eyes.
