Nah, not really. They detained Brittney Griner over a month ago. She will now be shipped off to a Siberian labor camp in retaliation for the sanctions on Putin's daughters. She's a black lesbian basketball player. That's why you're not hearing about her or her situation. The State Department asked the American media to mention her as little as possible. She is, to quote Dave Chappelle, a "bad bargaining chip" when it comes to hostage negotiations. If this were Tom Brady or Aaron Rogers the story would not have been expunged from the mainstream media. It would be daily news.
