Ran out of space in the headline. What I wanted to say was, if pubescent kids in the USA are old enough to have a rifle then they should be allowed to have several drinks in a bar. What kind of fucked up country thinks children are responsible enough to shoot guns and rifles at the range but drinking alcohol requires them to be 21!?

Agree. There should be a minimum shooting age of 21 as well. Then it would be a lot easier to prosecute bad parents who provide their children with access to assault weapons instead of mental health counseling, resulting in school shootings.
