Something like I love Philippines, 48k members. Many other groups. Just search for the word Philippines and choose any group, there are lots out there.

How much to pay? You'd expect 60 pesos as a minimum per hour doing that. If it takes 1-2 minutes to make a quality post, that's 1-2 pesos per post. With an exchange rate of US$1 = 50 pesos, that's about 4 cents per post.
