I wanna play piano like this in shortest time possible.

how do i make it simple? i have gfigured chord and melodies and what are they and i know how rythm works but i am not well trained as yet or perhaps the mind is missing something... i also have notated the chords differently just to save time and went to sort them out into a limited variation as my 'styling' of sorts to , just get to the point of performing something fun... but i still dont press melody correctly and it sounded as retarded so idk , how do i troubleshoot this?

with piano i can say i always try but they never satisfy. i may not have all the time to play piano all day but i took time to experiment with it and think. i have conclusions here and there so i believe it is not just the matter of hands but also the mind but i could be very wrong in this since i am not a musically trained or gifted at all
so i suppose now i need more ideas than just practicing basic scales since music are more often than not require complex solution for complex problems...

if anything maybe key ideas will help more to simplify than repetitive practice of basic scales, but i definitely dont do my scales very well yet because i wanna play basic simplistic pop songs than big classical repertoirs so i wonder would it be like singing christmas songs without ever knowing christmas history or christmas tree biology of sorts...
