Choose a language to learn. Most people would suggest Python, I'd suggest Java. Java is the most used programming language for Android apps.
Choose this book
https://www.pdfdrive.com/big-java-early-objects-e185377725.html
Or this book
https://www.pdfdrive.com/python-for-everyone-d158232852.html
Start off at chapter 1. Do all the problems. Keep a record of what you're studying, and how many hours for each day. Create a text file, called programming notes. Keep notes there, just use one document with categories.
Try and program each day. After you've done about 150-300 hours, you can expect a certain level of competency.
