Pretty sure you need a proof of vaccination to eat in restaurants here. Probably a lot of other stuff too. I know one of the companies I work for is requiring that everyone has their two shots to work over the winter since we'll be in enclosed spaces. My vehemently anti-vax mom had to get the vaccine because she's getting deported from India to Canada (which is hilarious in itself. Who the hell gets deported *from* india *to* canada? Normally it's the other way around lol. Also Canada isn't accepting flights from India so they're gonna fly her to a different country first, then from there to Canada.)

I'm working on being more extroverted/having more social energy before i could be comfortable w that. There's usually a group of people (varying members of a large group of residents and friends there-of) hanging out (usually drinking) in front of someone's apartment so sometimes I'll join them if I feel up to it. Sometimes I'll see just one or two or three neighbour-friends to hang out with, more cozy and intimate. We cleaned up and set up the grassy area between the buildings, where the train (maybe tram?) tracks used to be, as a nice lil backyard space. Long grassy run with flower planter boxes along the center. It opens to the parking lot on one end and is cut off - reduced to just a narrow path - by buildings on the other end. A flagstone path between two buildings cuts in and forms a sort of T, with the flagstone path going all the way across the grassy area (the short way across). A cement path meets it perpendicularly and continues between two buildings, and my boyf lives pretty much at the opening to this area. The T paths create two smaller areas. One's a grassy dog area, got the doghouse, her long leash, a small shelf with flower pots, etc. The other is a cement patio. We've put a nice outdoor swing bench with a tree stump in front as a table lel, a couple wooden lounge chairs, a sturdy plastic picnic table, and a metal firepit. It's a good chill spot now. For years everyone called it "dogshit alley" because...that's what it was, and nobody wanted to hang out there.
