I SEA you r all still here when a fine weekend is upon us again - Same old stink buttt another wasted day n life.Still thinking demise was met Bcause I not be here mucho much anymore. HA no time to waste.
I be in great health - no virus enters a healthy body like mine.
With Feet and I am a World class Hiker - Up until two years ago I was still Free climbing my mountains - Yes for sure on a number of climbs I did use HARDWARE - Lots of Hardware buttt when ever I could I Free climbed - Rock Climbing Rocks
I once led Hikes that were published in the Los Angeles Times - Miss those days. Los Angeles area makes for much better Hiking than San Diego County
When it cums to what is good for the Human Body - Hiking is BEST in Total - Great for weight control and Heart - Bike riding IF under Human power is also very good for body - Power contraptions only good to get you there more faster with you putting no energy out
I could drop some humor in here quietly by telling you it's also true of Partner play vs Self - More calories burned with Partner
Speaking of which play time runs short as she be here in the hour - The we be off for weekend of fun fun fun.
