It seems like nobody there would want someone who dodges his taxes. That's like the most unpatriotic thing an American could do and the South is very patriotic for some reason despite trying to leave the very country they claim to love so much.
It seems like Matt shouldn't even be residing there but instead California with the rest of the fellons.
