Topic: i dont know how to write sentence for my lit/fic story

my mind feels like its full of ideas and scenes and i can converse in english (as you can see sort of)
but i have no fucking idea what the hell my character should say or to be able to string up enough vocabulary for this bullshit
seriously i just wanna complete this story of sorts but it s so goddamn inconvenient to come up with merely "words"
what do i do

i also dont write fic with it. or it doesnt feel as good anymore to.
