looking for an anime that airs in animax around 2007-2009it has colour scheme like this gif but the style feels like clannad mixed with Lain, so it s kinda moe but not cute
featuring bunch of ladies fighting and guns and ESP, special agent style... muted in color

...maybe? i can only remember they have like 3 main sister character i think... two is dark haired. the tiniest is blonde.
some minor gun shit because i think they do espstuff more. but not v flashy.

hmmm..v close in chara design. but it has more crowd of characters. also not military...more like agent, casual clothings.
