It's the memoir of a Hungarian playwright amd his experience with a brain tumor. Lots of crazy shit like depersonalization, auditory halluconations, etc.
I thought one day it would be really funny if I just decided to get really into Hungarian literature but I've only read Skylark and Anna Edes (both by Kosztolanyi)
