This is the kind of thing that makes life tough.
Stay strong and realize shitty stuff like this just happens sometimes.
Stuff happens sometimes that is bad and no matter what we do it gets worse.

i wish i cud pill her but i dont know how. so i kept slipped up so shed get smart n runaway. i cancelled appointment, i gkt all the sedatives, ill figure it out sumhow

I seen this dude like encourage a stray dog to eat and drink coz they did the same thing with them in some cage they were both in the same cage and the dog ate. So ducky u gotta eat sedas infront of kitty hopefully kitty doesn't watch u eat all of it and u forget that kitty gotta eat it too. So be on da lookout for that shiet

If grinding the pills up (important if you're going this out) and mixing it with wet food or tuna isn't working...you said she's fat, would she eat a lot of wet food/tuna? Maybe you need to dilute the pill flavour more. Def recommend grinding it.
If possible it's best to feed them directly. Hold her little mouth open, drop the pill in as close to the back of her mouth as possible, hold her little mouth shut and rub her throat until she swallows. Do not let her mouth open until she swallows. I find it easiest to just directly feed the pills like that but my cat is pretty chill and puts up with it, i know some cats will scratch and stuff if you try this. Maybe lure her with treats then force-feed the pills?
How many days do you have to give them to her?
Also you can call the vet and say you're having difficulty getting her to take the pills, they'll give you advice. They've heard it all before, they won't judge you.
She's avoiding you now because she's kind of traumatized by the vet.

shes not fat anymore. that pill she seem to know the smell N avoid the food. i grinded it intl the food. she refused to eat
i just was ablr to open her jaw i can do it now. but i need 2 hands, and a third one to pill her, soo, yeah,...🤔🙄🙄 i have to give it to her 1 day before vet appointment i still have the sedatives. cud try again later. but need a third hand n my roommate a pussy plus usually at work
