A decent enough question. Recently someone shared a merged post about Bert. Bert was homeless and living in Knoxville at the time. He said he only had two family people locally that could help him and COULD NOT Help him.

He also gave out details of both of these family members. The bottom line is that he continued to poop on the streets of Knoxville in protest over his family members. Now those facts are NOT in dispute.
