I did this - I looked at local and Open (which with pandemic is very limited) Found several - NONE allow just anyone inside - Obese weak as all fuck Bert would first have to go on a weight reduction program because they list insurance requirements - He wood have to have a Doctor's release. With his Booze damaged Liver Kidneys and Heart this will be most difficult to get. Plus he cannot afford the cost of a simple Doctor visit.
Now I do not have any experience with Kick Boxing - Seems a sissy thing to do with one should fight with Fists - I suppose with Bert posting both Foot and Hand damage photos as well as the beat down he took with his face all messed up he thinks somehow he needs to use his feet.
Sooooo If he is Up2 using his fists for a fight then OF COURSE - The Gym will probably charge him with DUI in the Ring - Bert you cannot even drive to the store without boozing up for that drive.
