For what architecture? I assume windows x86_64 ? Well look up the Portable Executable file format for native win executables and you'll have a rough idea of the final stage of the linking process of a compiler. For managed, well, that's literally just MSIL bytecode for the dotnet runtime, same as say java bytecode for the jvm.

Use android's SDK. How does this work? No idea but you can look at source code or open a book.
