To be frank take Paul Jr for instance. Tennessee Bum who under Trump would not even apply for a job. So he does not qualify for unemployment.He could apply for work as a diaper changer, because IF his senile mother could write a recommendation letter he could get work in local old age home.
He is even older than many of the inmates er clients.
