The lord is merciful so now we re thrown in this life full of pain and sickness based on what adaM and eve did, so now we evolve towards being worse than better by their sins.
Adam and eve could be something of not two individuals but something larger to make their sins somewhat worse so wyeah whatever i guess all-merciful and all-powerful is a relative term anyway, so no promises in language since the lord lost something thats not a mere fruit.
