Either get those special lenses that filter the screen or get an application that adjusts the color balance on your screen for you.

thats a good recommendation. f.lux, lightbulb and redshift-gtk are all options. there are similar programs on your phone as well, the name escapes me of what i use but anyways i think this is a big reason why my eyes aren't fucking melted
