I asked them where this is written in policy but they just told me get out =(

At the library I once frequented and often charged my phone, anyone using three outlets at once would have been dealt with the same way.
The library is for everyone not just you.

Perhaps you stink. Just move on to another library and only charge 2 devices at the same time and then the 3rd.
So I must ask you. Do you think you can flip a burger or wrap a taco. Put a pizza in an oven and remove it before it burns up.
