learn about implementing multiplayer in mobile/console/pc games, creating save games in game and outside the game(into server or window's txt/reg/ref files or whatever), creating buyable content for user/players, designing 3d/2d physics for side scrolling to isometric to thirdperson shooter games?

basically knowing all the concepts and implementations of the game/game engine so to make it move and behave as i want/as it should look
