I want to make an imageboard of my own. How do I do it? I don't know any programming and I'm willing to pay some freelancer to program it but where do I find the forum script to install in my site? And where should I host it?

The Software for this site 4Instance - WHAT Ain't free is the cost of hosting images (MC beats this by using another image board to off load to and steal the service. Server costs $$$ - Or you could use a Home Computer as the server but with very limited port capability for outside users to connect

People usually look for User Interface options.
Even this site can be user modified to look like Geocities (which died years ago)
