20 a week is fine. Get ramen with frozen stir fry veg and maybe some sardines for protein. You'll also want to look into smashing some eggs. They're dirty cheap. Drink tap water, but black tea is cheap. Also, there are cheap pastries etcetera to be had, and something else to get by on until life turns up is peanut butter and jelly sandwiches or bologna sandwiches with mustard. it'll keep you going. also look into food assistance programs and food pantries.
