Do what the officer tells you to and it will end safely for both of you. We have a justice system in which you are presumed innocent; if a cop can do his or her job unmolested, that system can run its course. Later, you can ask for a supervisor, lodge a complaint or contact civil rights organizations if you believe your rights were violated. Feel free to sue the police! Just don’t challenge a cop during a stop.

@OP
Are you the same person who makes threats of rape and violence every time he gets drunk on this board? If so, I'd describe
you as a brainless thug and a savage.

That didn't work out so well for the guy in the article above.

The idiot refused to pull over for 1.5 miles and then just sat there saying "Tell me why you pulled me over. Let's talk about this" for 15 minutes while they repeated order him to get out of his car.
I wouldn't have felt too bad for him if they has put a bullet in his leg.

Even if that were the case, why would it be okay for the cops to pepper spray him while his hands were up and he was being fully cooperative? He even stated he was afraid to unbuckle and the cop told him he
should be. The cops were power tripping, abusive pieces of shit. It doesn't even remotely surprise me that a retarded piece of shit like yourself would try and justify that.
Your excuses are always a joke. Lmao

Definitely a straight from college Officer, lol.
They told him to get the Fuck out of the car what, 25 times? That's what happens anywhere in the country if they tell you that many times.
I swear I heard them add a 'Sir' at least once in those many times.

If an cop tells you to get out of the car, you do it, period.
If they tell you 25 times, they are being extremely courteous and patient with you. At that point if you continue to demonstrate you do not understand what they are requesting of you, they will justifiably assist you in getting out of your vehicle.

Hey, that's pretty ironic.
