> He identified four main reasons why Floyd died: the handcuffs and the street acting as a "vise;" Chauvin's left knee on his neck; Floyd's prone position; and Chauvin's right knee on Floyd's back, arm and side. Combined, these limited Floyd's ability to expand his lungs and narrowed his hypopharynx, a part of the throat that air passes through.
> Floyd's preexisting health conditions and drug use were not relevant to his death, Tobin said.

> Fentanyl
Assuming he was overdosing on this particular opioid, where was the nausea and vomiting commonly associated with heavy usage? If he were so heavily sedated, how were the police able to wake him up after he'd already passed out? If the amount in his bloodstream were sufficient to kill him, he shouldn't have been able to open his eyes let alone exit the vehicle.
·Anonymous A (OP) — 5.1 years ago, 1 hour later, 3 hours after the original post[T] [B] #602,029
@previous (H)
You dont necessarily vomit when overdosing on dope infact that is not even common.
Primarily it is the amount of time that went by when they had him in custody, without treating him for the overdose that allowed the end result of the drugs eventually causing his heart to seize. His dumb ass should have told them he was on dope and they could have given him narcan.
Btw being in a 'passed out' state on dope is not the same exactly as being 'passed out' on alcohol, which most people are familiar with.
You shouldn't just cut and paste 8nfo you don't understand.

If you have developed as high a tolerance to it as he had (which the prosecution proved) then you are less likely to experience these particular side effects. However, it does not mean the drug doesn't have the same affect on your respiration (which the prosecution also incorrectly assumed). It seems despite the presence of highly qualified expert witnesses, they got a lot of things hopelessly wrong. Floyd CLEARLY died as a result of severely depressed respiratory and circulatory systems due to Fentanyl abuse. At most the involuntary manslaughter charge is accurate, and Chauvin is guilty of that, sure. He should have known from his first aid training that you are supposed to put somebody who is clearly struggling to breathe in a recovery position. But the murder charges are bullshit, and the jury only found him guilty of those because the baying Twitter mob wouldn't have it otherwise.

The city gave Floyd's family $27,000,000 before the jury selection was complete.
His net worth was in the negative range the day he died. He probably even owed fines and court costs from previous criminal offenses.
Several politicians made continuous public remarks as if the officer facing charges was already convicted before the trial was even halfway over.
A colored U.S. Congress person whose district has the most homeless people of any city and county (over 100,000 people) in the entire U.S. came forward while the trial was close to the end...and called for riots unless there was a guilty verdict.
AND when viewed objectively...its obvious if the jurors were being honest they could not have believed the prosecution proved 'BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT' that Chauvin was guilty of the charges he faced. They acted out of fear and bias.
99 percent chance of reversal of the verdict on appeal.

That is one person's opinion. Under the US Constitution the opinion of 12 Jurors, is the only thing that legally counts. Of course the White Racist Defense team will file a large number of appeals. Number is determined only by how large the family bank account is.
They just lost the $100,000 they spent for the Killer Cops bail of $1 Million. His wife divorced him the day before he was arrested for murder. The divorce was finalized in February.
The Police Union says Justice has been served and they will not participate with funds in defense of the Killer Cop. (Feel free to research each of my claims) Perhaps the Ku Klux Klan will send money.
And your opinion does not count because it has no standing in any court of law. Ask Donald Trump how that works lol

Both the prosecution and defense agreed to the jury selection. If the defense believed that any member of the jury would deliberately obstruct the course of justice, they would have rejected them. Chauvin was provided with due process every step of the way. Now he's been convicted of murder, which is precisely what he deserves. Thanks, thanks. Thanks.

Uhuh, "medical experts" who seem to know nothing about fentanyl (an opioid that is 100 times stronger than morphine) addiction or how the respiratory system works.

Yes he used Fentanyl. He was passed out and asleep when the cop woke him up. Cleary is was very alive at that point. Then in minutes he was dead. Since he had a loud voice at the wake up, no one can claim he could not breath for the minutes he stayed in his car. Cop pulls him out slams him to pavement other cops hold him down and he quickly died.
