Chauvin is innocent.
Floyd was full of faggottry.

> He identified four main reasons why Floyd died: the handcuffs and the street acting as a "vise;" Chauvin's left knee on his neck; Floyd's prone position; and Chauvin's right knee on Floyd's back, arm and side. Combined, these limited Floyd's ability to expand his lungs and narrowed his hypopharynx, a part of the throat that air passes through.
> Floyd's preexisting health conditions and drug use were not relevant to his death, Tobin said.
> "A healthy person subjected to what Mr. Floyd was subjected to would have died," he said.

Educate yourself on how suffocation works.
You know what? Even if he hadn't died. What justification is there to kneel on a handcuffed person's neck for 9 minutes while they repeatedly plead with you, saying that they can't breathe? That's inhumane and unacceptable behavior. The man was clearly subdued, so such force js unjustified.

How do you think OD works for junkies?
Maybe you ought to ask a renowned pulmonary critical care doctor.

Consider the following- There actually NO evidence Chauvin's knee was cutting off Floyd's oxygen.
Some people imagine he was.
He was hold him down, yes.
And he was doing that because Floyd was resisting arrest.
But get this. There IS proof he had drugs in his system!
And guess how a drug overdose happens.

The overall effect of the restraint was almost "as if a surgeon had gone in and removed the lung," he said, referring to Floyd's left lung.
Gonna side with the expert doctor on this one, Bert.

The title of this thread may be considered offensive to Lawrence Oddonel. A report has been filed with Janice Martin.

Read the effects in the pic above...then remember Floyd was also saying 'I can't breathe' BEFORE he was overcome the ground!
Totally enough to show the jury the Prosecuters case is possibly doubtful.

You dont think the mechanical aspects of opiate overdose are considered as expert opinions by Top medical Experts?
Facts are he was doped up.
It is not proven AT ALL that Chauvin's knee was affecting Floyd. That is a presumption.
A man is on trial for murder.
I predict an acquittal...based on possible doubt of the Prosecutor's case.

> Here's what I don't see: I don't see someone who appears to be suffering from excited delirium when drugs of abuse can cause agitation, hyperthermia, and sudden death. Floyd is not naked or dressed inappropriately for the weather. He does not appear to be sweating profusely. He does not appear to be agitated or violent.
Circumstances point to Chauvin who literally had his knee blocking airflow through the neck. If you used logic or common sense at all, you would actually side with the docs. But you never use either. All you care about is what your side of the political battle says you should believe.
You're objectively an awful person, Bert. You can't even form your own shit-tier opinions so you rely on other shitty people to do it for you.
Use your brain, please and thank you.
·Anonymous D — 5.1 years ago, 1 minute later, 6 hours after the original post[T] [B] #601,681
Now...I'm the absence of the possible overdose effects ie; the fact that Floyd was doped up...yes the prosecutors case would seem to be a slam dunk. But given the facts that opiate overdose produces death in the same way as the prosecutors is saying caused the death?
That is ENOUGH to not be absolutely certain it was one way or the other. That being said I vote for an acquittal...and any one who doesn't is biased towards the defendant.

Except if he died of an overdose, there would've been far more symptoms during the incident. He died of asphyxiation because a full-grown adult male was clamping down on his neck, retard.

> Chauvin who literally had his knee blocking airflow through the neck
You cannot prove that as a fact. There have been myriad other trials where eyewitness testimony has been shown to be unreliable when other facts are considered.
Opiate overdose kills by reducing oxygen to the lungs and brain resulting in cardiac arrest.
You simply have not considered that. You cannot say which what caused his death.
A conviction is supposed to be 100%

That's funny. I actually do. I work in a relevant field and deal with OD's regularly. You based that assumption on what, exactly? The sole fact that I disagree with you? Start forming actual opinions instead of following what non-Democrats tell you to think.
You've never formed an astute argument. You get pissed, yell at anons, then ditch out once they refute you beyond your alcohol-decompensated brain can handle and you pretend none of the conversation happened.
Please, for the love of god/trump/southern courtesy, off yourself. That will be the first decent thing you've ever done for your fellow humans.

The Prosecution cannot prove Floyd died because af Chauvin's knee. Not beyond a shadow of doubt...because of the overdose possible killing him.
Therefore the jury will acquit.
Look at the crapper who died yesterday. He overdosed on dope and it fucked his heart.
I bet you will lay in bed all day and cry when the Cop walks free.
