hi any suggestion how to practice music? ive been practicing for years but it seems all my fingers are not as trained as my dominant ones...which are my index finger and thumb which i use for writing alot.
how do i train the other parts of my hand? both hands? are there practices to help my arm and finger nimble? or is there theorethical approaches to covering music especially on pianos...saxophone...
improvising fluid arppegios and interesting forms...?

Piano exercises: Hanon - The Virtuoso Pianist - nearly 150 years old, but it works, and anybody who says it doesn't isn't doing it right.
