All of the vaccines were touted as being 90% to close to 100% effective.
Hard to imagine any one that heard that thought that meant anything other than that meant that with vaccines you had a super high chance of not being infected. Now the official line is that the VACCINES have a high percentage of preventing the infection from becoming 'serious.
That way they can keep the mask thing going and going.

Recently they have found people who had the shot (I recently got my first one) People can still get infected and spread the virus YET are protected from getting real sick themselves.
I get my 2nd shot in March.
Also with new versions of Covid mutating like all fuck - Might turn out it will be a looooong time one needs masks- booster shots for the new versions etc etc etc
