Two things wrong with OP photo. Bert has always been Obese. His moms house does have grass. Massive amounts of it even when cut.

If you have access to huge family album then let's see a picture from it and compare them. Simple as that. It might even prove 100% this is a younger version of him. I am 99% sure this is Bert, but there is still a slight chance he was lying but I don't think so. Until you show proof you are full of nothing but hot air and just trying to agitate Bert. As you must be aware If I were to - There is one mod that wood shit bricks - Now IF bert were to doubt how open a family album is - It's just possible with a request from him for me to edit a pic enough to prove to him - Then again given how he is Persona Non Grata from the rest of his family - He may not even be aware of details available - AND As I said His Moms house is clearly in view with Google.
