We paid >$60 >3 weeks ago to get internet. It still hasn't came. Every time we call tech support the call center monkeys gaslight us, lie to us, hang up on us, put us on hold for hours, etc etc. You claim you're sending out techs so I take the day off work and sit by the door all day and then a tech never comes and I call you up and you say "um, sorry" but the internet is still not connected.
