Impeachent (against a public official) is a two step process essentially. The fist step means to bring charges. The Representatives of the State or Federal Government present Articles of Impeachment (the accusations of misconduct ie;charges.) The Representatives present evidence of these charges.

Then...there is a vote by the State or Federal Governments Senate in regards to the charges brought by the Representatives.

If the Senate votes that the charges are not proven sufficiently to remove the official from office, that is in effect a Not Guilty verdict, meaning the Representatives (The Prosecution) has not proven their case)

In the 1st Impeachment of Trump the Senate voted and that vote 'said' that the charges were not 'proven'
ie; Not Guilty.

Any one with sense expects the same result in this 2nd Impeachment of Trump.

A number of Ice agents have raped those children. Of course Trump promptly deported the mothers and all records of locations have been destroyed. Numbers are in the 1000's.
