A Mix of Dungeness Crabs - Alive from Tanks at a Chinese Market and cooked here along with King Crab legs that are Frozen still and of course Shrimp and just a few Frozen Lobster Tails - Probably Oysters Alive Alive O -

Sashimi and Sushi and again ordered from local great places.

Lots of Chinese food items from several major great places near that market - I will stir fry/saute lots of Greens but of course will order Chinese Veggies

I am looking forward to Thick Wide Rice Noodle dishes and the way they Fry Shrimp with Red Jalapeno's with FULL Head On -

I may include a few Chinese Roast Ducks from Local Market ready to serve and this is to please the Vegans because when you buy a full Roasted Duck it cums with the neck and head attached - For those not used to seeing this it is a Shock and Awe thing to behold. Fact is except for the skin on the head there is NOTHING edible about the Head -

Bottom line is I am NOT planning on cooking much, except for Greens - I was planning on supplying all the Champagne but friends insist on bringing that over

Desserts will be pot luck from Guests so I have no clue - Always Ice Creme in freezer just in case

Syntax will have banquet turkey & gravy mashed potatoes peas buttered roll fruit cup and a carton of milk. Then open presents and a yahtzee tournament.

My plan started on only Chinese based food because for years I have heard that Jewish People go out for Chinese dinner at Christmas - Being a loooong ago cut off from such Religion I never did that - Then said it is time for me to put on a Chinese dinner but somehow this got out of hand with my need for lots of Crab wayyyyy to much Crab -

I have done the Traditional English Dinner and just Love the Yorkshire Pudding and Plum Pudding - Hummmm this gives me an idea for some back up desserts of the Mexican variety and need to check out a Mex Bakery I need to check out sooon!

I have heard the same about Jewish people as well, I had many Jewish friends growing up in St. Louis County. I love the traditions and holidays of Judaism and other religions having been raised in a secular environment.

Can you ever have too much crab??? My daughter and I often have crab-fests it's a big thing with us.
