I wanna tell my side of the story to the fucking JUDGE. I am facing 3 counts of UTTERING DEATH THREATS on CUCKBOOK...BUT I am completely innocent...For one, I am an artist/musician, which means I have a thing called 'ARTISTIC LICENSE' or 'CREATIVE LICENSE' to not have my every statement taken literally and having said statements held against me. It's straight bullshit; I don't have a history of violence and OTHER RAPPERS threaten people all the time, and get way more explicit and detailed than I got in the alleged incidents.
The reason I opted not to hire a lawyer or seek legal aid or outside opinions, is that I want my story, point-of-view, and philosophy to be heard before the court. This could be a PRECEDENT-SETTING CASE in terms of the boundaries and limitations of artistic freedom, online personas, and threats made over social media.
One thing working in my favor is that to be found guilty of a crime, there has to be criminal intent. While I knew that threatening people was wrong, I was doing it online as a means of expression of my frustration and rage with certain people. Surely I have FREEDOM OF ONLINE EXPRESSION, don't I???
I am trying really hard to stay outta trouble these days, and I don't need this legal stress....

ANOTHER THING I HAVE GOING IS MY SISTER IS A LAWYER AND GIVES ME FREE UNDER-THE-TABLE LEGAL ADVICE, AND I USED TO WORK IN A LAW LIBRARY FOR 3 YEARS AND I KNOW THE LAW, LEGAL RESOURCES, ETC., AND I HAVE TAKEN MASTERS-LEVEL COURSES IN LEGAL INFORMATION RETRIEVAL.....I WON'T EVER DO A DAY IN JAIL; I AM SIMPLY TOO SMART AND RESOURCEFUL.
