Just reply to all of his posts with one of the following words (contextual appropriateness doesn't matter):

Where?
When?
Why?
Who?
Which?

He has no idea how to deal with it and either eventually falls silent or just posts his picture without words, which is the same thing.

Do it also to his sockpuppet accounts.

He wants to shit this place up again, fine, play along and shit it all up even more.

Disagree. As a person suffering from autism, this is exactly the sort of attention he craves. You could mash your keyboard and post complete garbage as a reply and he would get a kick out of the fact that you responded.

If you really want to get him worked up though, just keep mentioning the original doctor and point out how he was smarter, more witty, more humorous and original, and just better in every way.

Otherwise you're better off just ignoring him altogether.
